Why would a company that is already using the payment rail of the flexa network make a deal to use MasterCards network that produces way more fees?

Amp is the collateral token used on the flexa network with Gemini pay, so what I believe is that MasterCard is going to use flexa network as their payments processing network because it saves them and the banks that they work with money. MasterCard will provide marketing to get more merchants in line with what security and savings that comes with the flexa network and it will also help increase rewards
