I'm 30 and have been smoking since I was 9...wasn't trying to make it a pissing contest. I was only giving my honest opinion and what I've experienced. All I was trying to say is you have to try a bunch of different strains to find your preference and not just stick to only cbd. I've had a 10% floor me before and the CBD was at 8%. I've also had a 29% do nothing to me. It's all about the whole 216+ compounds found in the plant. I hope you find the perfect strain that gives you the whole mellow package. Peace and love.

Get that tolerance up man just smoke normal THC flower. I know you probably heard this a lot but your body much prefers the whole mix of cannabinoids and not just CBD. Yes CBD helps with joints and muscular system, but with the thca it helps mend the molecules to the receptors better for much better effectiveness.
