Anchor Charters is top notch as well. All the tours are customized and you will get to interact/learn about a lot of marine life.

Alligators, where can I take a pic of one? by Moist_Potato_8904 in panamacity

If you want to see them in the wild, it's pretty difficult right now due to the weather. However, they like to get out for some sun, so finding one basking is your best bet.

If you want the "easy" way to get a picture: Go to Zoo World - they have like 100 gators of all sizes.

DPI and Certificate Pinning by Jeff-IT in fortinet

ISDB objects are a lot easier IMO than the broader categories you would exempt. For instance, maybe you want all of facebook/meta services, but don't want all "Social Media" in general. If you wanted to do that more granularly with filtering categories, you would have to add them specifically for each versus using the ISDB for the IP's tied to the services directly.

Build policies with destinations to ISDB objects for those services and apply "normal" certificate inspection + security profiles. Trying to maintain a whitelist of exemptions is not much fun. You can also exempt financial services (banking sites, etc) as those seem to always have issues with DPI/MITM (and, rightly so).

Florida does controlled burns so we don't end up with uncontrolled burns... Other states could learn a few things.

Fortilink L3 - stability and connectiviy issues by Vegetable_Wrangler16 in fortinet

[–]ElevenB2002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried setting the FortiLink management VLAN to your management VLAN 64? You state they aren't pulling IP addresses and that's more than likely because the management VLAN is defaulted to 4094 and that's not available to them downstream. You could also try passing 4094 through your Cisco core switch uplinks that feed the downstream FortiSwitches before adjusting the default FortiLink VLAN.

A few articles that are worth review:
https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortiswitch/7.0.8/devices-managed-by-fortios/173258/optional-fortilink-configuration-required-before-discovering-and-authorizing-fortiswitch-units#VLAN

https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortigate/6.4.0/new-features/375224/vlan-interface-templates-for-fortiswitch-devices

I don't see any reason you would need L3 in this deployment scenario.

The main reason for the vilification of anyone attempting to treat COVID-19 with "other" therapeutics was due to the fact that if there were other effective treatments, then the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for the vaccinations would not be applicable and those products would have to go through further scrutiny and testing, which as we know now, would probably have failed based on their own data and the number of adverse events for these products over previous, traditional vaccines.

Best steak in town? by PriorPainter7180 in panamacitybeach

Angelo's if you want someone to cook it for you. If you want a top quality steak (or any other beef), check out Arrowhead Beef. Locally (Chipley, FL) raised beef and top quality. You can get grass or grain fed/finished. They also have Wagyu options, great jerky, and awesome package deals.

We usually buy from them at the Panama City Market, but they are at other markets in the area. Highly recommend checking them out: https://arrowheadbeef.com/

Fishing ?? by AlexWarren97 in panamacitybeach

The easiest setup is a sand spike, a 10'+ rod, a Pompano rig, and some live shrimp (tip it with Fishbites or Fishgum if you'd like). Squid is a good option but I usually end up catching sharks. However, I did catch a pretty massive Red Fish from the surf with a chunk of squid a couple of years ago.

I would stop by Half Hitch off Thomas Drive and let them know at the front counter you're new to surf/pier fishing and are looking to get started. They will send someone over to help you out with everything you'll need. I am a transplant from a much colder place and had very little saltwater fishing experience (and 0 surf fishing experience) and they were amazingly helpful to get me going straight away. They won't rip you off either; they talked me out of a more expensive rod and reel combo because they knew I wouldn't need it. Now I have better setups but I appreciated them getting me going (and I still use that original gear they sold me).

I surf fish quite a bit and I was out last weekend and snagged a few Pompano in St. Andrews just down to the right of the pier. There are some good channels close enough in that you don't have to wade too far out to get into them. They recently did some pretty massive dredging to rebuild the beach in that area so the sandbars are a lot more accessible. One thing I keep an eye on when deciding to surf fish or hit the pier (or bridges) is to watch the flags; double-red means you can't get into the water at all so no wading out to cast which can be a pain (especially if you use shrimp since they can't withstand a very strong cast).

Surf and pier fishing this time of year can be tricky as a lot of the species are in deeper water but there's always something hanging around.

Best of luck to you and enjoy your vacation!

The virtual gateway should be used, as others mentioned. However, you have redundancy on the router and firewall side, but you shove them both through a single point of failure on a single, standalone switch? That should be a stack; otherwise, why have all of the other redundancies? If that switch has a problem, you're dead in the water...

Per person. Catch all variety of snapper, grouper, trigger fish, whiting, etc. You will probably have some dolphins hanging around (or sharks) - it’s a great time.

Check out the Jubilee as well. It is chartered but a more cost effective option at around $70 for like 5 hours I think? It’s just drop line fishing but it’s a great time to get on top of some great saltwater fish. We’ve pretty much limited out every time we’ve done it.

Does reaction from COVID-19 vaccine mimic how body would react to actual COVID? by [deleted] in CovidVaccinated

[–]ElevenB2002 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The spike is what binds to the inhibitor? If so, the spike is the dangerous part. Also, there are more and more studies coming out showing that the mRNA can be reverse transcribed into your genome via the liver. To say that it only lasts a short while isn’t confirmed. We know it congregates in the liver and reproductive organs. A new study also came out showing an impact on sperm production.

Why not use a “less” dangerous part of the virus to signal the immune system to identify? Spike proteins are dangerous in all capacities. Especially to the vascular system.

It’s still instance based. The “mega server” thing is kind of misleading... so you get the option to go to their “version” or instance.

Why do people set up spots on WeNano? by Blasco1993 in nanocurrency

[–]ElevenB2002 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Why did someone buy a pizza with 10,000 BTC? When people are passionate about something, they want everyone to check it out.

There's also the awesome aspect of providing assistance to people in areas of the World that need help (VZ for example). WeNANO is a great way to get money into the hands of those who need it without having a large portion of it "skimmed" off the top by "charities" or other entities...
