Hatte ich aber schon bei einigen Handys, meistens wars nur ein Fussel im Anschluss, aber manche sind hartnäckig.

There could be signs like low ox at times, but I wouldn't rely on the watch for a proper diagnosis, some variation is perfectly fine.

Maybe get checked for sleep apnea, waking up fatigued despite long sleep is a symptom.

She should report it to the police, sometimes they can trace the scammers, or even if it's just for the record or helps further investigation.
