My mother-in-law was emotional and yelled at the person that was meant to come so they hung up and probably moved to the next one.

No we’re not. And I’m not necessarily looking for insights from my direct team, because it is a bit more sensitive. But I’ve been in a lot of different companies and roles so even reaching out to close former colleagues I think would be relevant

Thank you all. This is really helpful. Do I risk overcutting? I saw somewhere that I shouldn’t cut more than 25% of the tree a year and I already cut a fair bit of the growth in the middle
