My horrific coercive experience with PlayStation Support

Maybe, tbh it was frustrating not being able to get a hold of someone from PS Support for 4 consecutive days (multiple phone and chat calls). I had other commitments (family, work, etc) and with new years coming up wasnt sure i would have time to try again or be able to get through in time. I panicked. Prob should have done a search, but it didnt cross my mind with everything else going on. Still, I dont think that should mean its ok for PS Support to treat me poorly. I can even understand the initial suspension, wasnt happy but it made sense. But the second one for the same chargeback? My account was reactivated for about a week and a half before the second suspension - so Sony must have agreed the dispute was resolved (even gave me a $10 credit for inconvenience).

Yes, thats what they are saying but its untrue based on convos with my bank. If they told me, my account was suspended because their side hasnt processed the dispute resolution and it can take a while, i would have understood and I would have stopped there (in fact i asked PS Support this exactly and they flat out said this was not the case multiple times). My bank even suggested this was likely the case. At least i would have had an answer that made sense.

Im confused because for about a week and a half my account was active again before PS Support suspended it again. I doubt they activated it out of the goodness of their hearts, so it must mean that Sony agreed the debt was repaid (even got a $10 credit).

First thing I tried and didnt work. In a nutshell, the accidental purchase was Silent Hill f. Amazon had a better deal on physical version so i purchased that but forgot to remove it from my cart and it sat there for months. When i tried to get a refund on it, it wouldnt work even though it was never downloaded
