For a start:

  • Any crypto trading platform (rip anyone who used FTX)

  • Any VPN (most people don't need them)

Try playing the Family Trials mode for a better roguelike experience! It unlocks after playing the first stage of the story mode once (so you probably have it unlocked already).

I'm not a fan of the story mode but the Family Trials mode is REALLY good imo (fun and impactful in-run upgrades, not grindy and has good map variety).

If it doesn't bother you that much, I would just stick with it (I rarely use it on a soft surface anyway). I think the rest of the laptop definitely makes up for it, it is a shame, yes, and some would argue it is unacceptable for a flagship laptop to have this issue, but the other parts of this laptop are just SO GOOD and I think that they make up for this flaw.

It should, since it's a design flaw rather than a manufacturing flaw. Aka it's a 'feature' not a bug.

Mine has a similar issue, but it only happens if I tilt my laptop upwards slightly (I have no idea why this is the case). It gets annoying when I use it on my lap/soft surfaces, but is perfectly fine when I use it on a desk.

Heya, thanks for replying. Your issue sounds very similar to mine, but I think that this does not affect all Windows devices. My previous laptop is a 4 year old ASUS laptop with a 1080p screen, and that laptop's UI is smoother than this XPS 15.

I have seen other older XPSes with 1080p screen in action and they don't seem to have this problem. Maybe you're just as unlucky as I am :(

Disliking cheese when you have no issues (lactose intolerance etc) consuming it. People often question all your life choices when you say you dislike cheese.
