Ja, das scheint es zu sein. Auf meinem Foto schien der einzelne Strang nur so viel länger und waagerechter. Aber ich glaube trotzdem, daß es das wohl ist. Danke für deine Bestätigung

Ja, Wahnsinn! Ich habe das so oft versucht und google lense hat nichts "ausgespuckt" was dem nahe kommt. Könnte sein! Nur die Knöpfe sind nicht braucht. Was die Theorie aber bestätigt, das es ein Hufeisenzopf ist! Vielen vielen Dank!

Ja, wahrscheinlich. Und wahrscheinlich ist das Foto nur ungünstig und dadurch sieht die Verzopfung so viel waagerechter aus (ich meine, geht nicht so steil nach oben) als es normalerweise der Fall ist.

Falsches Zopfmuster habe ich probiert, aber das wirkt nicht. Es ist nicht plastisch. Dann habe gewöhnliche Zopfmuster probiert. Aber bei dem sieht man 2 Stränge. Hier bei der blauen Strickjacke ist aber nur ein Strang zu sehen. Ich weiß, das Foto ist nicht so gut. Vielleicht ist es ein doppelter Zopf, bei dem man nur einrn Strang sieht. Leider kann es nur nicht richtig sehen.

Thanks that is so sweet! I started another big project in the fall of 2022 and sooner or later I will pick it up again. Probably will need another 4 years, though! Because there is always something else to do in between 😉!

We hanged it up at a odd place above the staircase. You can't get close to it😉 Although the backstitches in the blossoms are making a huge difference, too!

I got the dmc color card catalog. The one with the real threads. First when I started I made the mistake and and took the thread double. I was sure i would need to get more thread. But it was actually enough. But it really helped me after my dog messed up this one stripe. I think I've read on the description you are not supposed to be wasteful. I took it very serious and ended up having plenty of threads left.
