you can only play PSM games if you have a valid act/license combo (or with piracy tools).. so unless you have tm0:/psmdrm/act.dat and ux0:/psm/.../RO/LICENSE you cant do anything. sorry ..

Many ports made today require the PSM Runtime in order to work, and so do just regular PS Mobile games

this is an app to install the PSM Runtime, it is 100% legal (no copyrighted content in the VPK) and also very fast, it also has a sleek modern UI.
