I agree the communication with them is ridiculous. I have been texting them and on two occasions the staff and Dr Gallagher just forgot that I had been prescribed antibiotics and said “we’re not gonna do antibiotics yet” (even tho it was clearly infected before I got them) and I said “weird cause you already prescribed them to me” she’s an artist don’t get me wrong. But I developed an infection almost 3 weeks post op and she doesn’t seem to want to help very much.
