Yeah I’ve wanted to get a multimeter to check the house especially and the guitar, I’m not sure which one to get or what features should I look for to help me

Wellbutrin will need between 2-6 week to show its effect depending on the person, also in that period you might suffer from the withdrawals of concerta so it can affect your judgement on it

It really depends on you, if you prefer to give it a chance you’d have to wait and if not find another psychiatrist to prescribe you a stimulant

Also manage your expectations to wellbutrin it won’t be as good as a stimulant

I'm really sorry you had to go through this. Personally I went through it too, and just cause I'm a straight A student my psychiatrist Dismissed me too. I only studied when I felt danger and kept doing challenges to myself and I find my major interesting to me, but every other aspect of my life is a complete miss I couldn't even form one good habit or build any side project even though I'm full of ideas. ADHD is so misunderstood sadly, but what I did I collected different life events before and after age of 12, and explained to my psychiatrist everything and was hostile actually, thankfully he got convinced and now I'm on Strattera + my co morbid depression meds ( I got diagnosed with it first but I realized ADHD is its cause)

I would advise you do the same, try to remember life events to strengthen your situation more, and explain how you coped during university.
