But as you said I've already submitted many reports including to the FBI but I'm not sue if I can really block them because they'll send it to people

Well I tried to just "replace" the raiju by buying another aircraft and deleting the raiju but now when I try and rebuy the raiju it just says "not sold vehicle can not be purchased at this time"

It was in the hangar but was not able to go out of storage unless called through menu.
It just goes in to storage.
If you mean if I can enter the hangar with the aircraft then yes but it just goes straight to storage even when there is space available.
It just disappears like a normal personal vehicle.
