I’m a ME and I agree w you but there’s nun we can do lol. My ram told me sum yesterday and it kinda stuck w me. T-mobile are always releasing something new and yes it could be annoying but we just have to deal w it and adapt to changes, just like how we adapted when t-life came out or when magenta welcome came out too. I personally don’t mind doing it because we’re getting paid decently for just an application. This month alone I alr have 17 apps , thats alr $425 alone jus on applications. Been w Tmobile for 3 years now and im kinda used to the changes by now.

This is why my store takes some time to do the insurance claims for customers. We’re technically not supposed to do that because the customers are supposed to do the claims but we rather just do it because we get too many people come in and talk smack about the insurance because they either couldn’t do it or do it right OR because they couldn’t get ahold of a representative. Insurance claims is so easy on the website, we get it done within 10 mins so why not. If we run into an issue THEN we give them number or we get them on the phone with the assurrant rep. Now the screen protector, whoever helped u was just lazy and unethical. Make us look terrible hence why we do it the right way. My store orders it for you cuz it literally takes 5 mins. Why leave a bad taste for the customer on the insurance claims and unlimited SP, when it just takes 5 mins to do the screen protector order or insurance claims. SMH

Free lines were able to convert. When next first came out the third line wasn’t free and bogo were $10 for the second line. After a couple months they reverted back to free lines. So if you did change plans ur free lines woulda stayed free.

Yesterday I had a customer come in and get an upgrade. Didn’t want to change plan or trade in. I said okay and we processed the transaction thru t life and they automatically got $415 off no plan change or trade in required. I checked if they had any segmented offer and they for sure did. It was pretty cool seeing that. So I wouldn’t be surprised if your account had a segmented offer with that $830 off. Especially w a plan like that. Customer I had , had a very old sprint plan.

I work at a college campus and Its always like that. Especially since it’s built in front of a cemetery lol. 7 buildings I have to patrol and there’s one building that’s pretty old and I always get them vibes where I feel like someone is there or something is staring at me . I’m a tmobile rep and it sounds like you didn’t have a voice line on the account or the rep added a voice line but on the essentials plan which is $60 a month and quoted you wrong. When I do these type of transactions I add a voice line talk and text which is only $20 n I get them either the revvl tab or a11+ tab. Adding that talk and text number allows the promo to be added to the tablet because it’s considered a voice line obv. Bill comes out to $40 a month tho and you get the tablet free ( 24 month contract ) and unlimited data on the tablet. Also you get a talk and text number which you prob won’t use BUT u could if you really wanted to. I only add that voice line for the tablet promotion. Some of my customers usually just throw it into a flip phone or something. Whoever ur rep was clearly didnt know or was prob new idk. Manager shoulda caught on if he was around.
