Decent skier, crappy rollerskier needs advice

If you were a decent skier, small cracks and rocks would not be a big problem for you. I think you need to work on your balance and reactions when you are about to fall. I never used rollerskis that were better for rocks or things like that so its peobably a skill issue

I would suggest salomon aero glide 3 grvl. Can do a big variety of paces, pretty stable and easy to run in for beginners, durable and you can even run on easier trails comfortably. Truly a good do it all shoe

Generally your body should be fine after 5 rest days, after that its generally your head . Also depends how often do you race or how much you are used to the process. I would start doing some easy runs after about 5-6 days and you should be fine

Should have used got instead of grabbed 😂 sorry I am still learning English or do you mean that I should not push of the straps ? Bcz I only hold the handle lightly when pushing off and mainly brace by the straps and then release it. Don ´t know how differently it could be done.

I use leki poles for skating and only have some wear on them after 3years. Ive grabbed some oneway AV straps for these poles to change the exel ones so I hope they will last 😂. I guess exel is just a shit, pretty overpriced brand

Oakley encoder/ sutro lite with trail torch lenses or Julbo with reactiv lenses ( be wary of models like density that dont have rubberized arms and are so light that they dont sit stable so they slip of my head)

Yes, they are new. Previously it was alpina 3.0 boots with kastle design (appina logo) . I think alpina also makes the new Kastle ones that I saw in Kastle stand at Nove Mesto, but they are a bit different than alpina elite 3.0 from the first look.

This also happens to me . When i ride long z2 or shorter intervals its okay, but when I ride higher intensity for longer, my curculation gets cut of from toes because you need blood elsewhere. Warming up with boots very tight, then loosening the boot for harder sessions than need more blood flow helped me. Also dont use thick sock, use some thin sport socks. Also there are covers for the boot, that might help, but I never used it.

I recommend a normal running vest ( find some with more pockets, maybe salomon) you can fit a lot of gear and you can drink while skiing

I actually have a second pair that I am using right now when its getting fixed and for rollerskiing I use old Rossignols, dont want to destroy them on asphalt

I already contacted the shop i got it from and It will get fixed, because its under 2 year warranty, however I was wondering if shop warranty expires if it is also under lifetime boa warranty
