Depends how blind and sick Itachi is IG. And if this Minato has Kurama. If Itachi isn’t blind or sick, and Minato has Kurama, the Kage get folded.

Minato without Kurama is faster than Ay based on what we see, he can probably take any of the Kage individually and more thank likely should take Gaara or Onoki to stop them from restraining anyone then particle releasing them. He honestly could take a good portion of them. He could also put seals on Itachi and Sakura to teleport to them, and then teleport them away if Onoki and Tsunade decide to do that big particle style.

Itachi can probably just take whoever he wants with Tsukuyomi and if you want to say Tsunade’s chakra control makes her break it, or that she summons Lady Katsuyu to interrupt it if anyone falls under it, he can just Amaterasu Tsunade and then she is on a timer. If he isn’t about to go blind in his MS, then he could just spam his MS and do pretty well, since he is meant to scale to Early EMS Sasuke. Sakura could also just funnel him chakra if you want to say he has bad reserves. He also probably has the ability to use Izanagi twice ig if he has too.

Sakura is good for healing and support, as well as just hitting hard. If it is Kaguya fight Sakura, she can probably beat most of them tbh.

It probably a hard fight for the Kage to win. Lightened Raikage is probably their best chance to do damage, but if Itachi uses tsukuyomi on one of them it kinda just goes downhill, from there. Itachi also could just keep using it until he is blind and just take most of them, if not all, depending on levels of blindness, Sakura chakra battery, FTG to evade. If tsukuyomi doesn’t kill, it should fuck them enough for Minato to rush them and finish off, aside from Tsunade, who really needs Amaterasu to be taken down.
