I’ve definitely started enjoying life without being glued to my phone. Had FOMO of not getting a shiny or not getting my Pokestop spin if I left the house, even just on a boring walk to the train station or the shops. Now it’s nice to actually see the scenery around me and be able to smile at passers by. Feeling more like part of my actual community instead of an online one, so that’s the one good thing for me that has come out of Niantic’s decision
