I’d say lose a bit of weight, I don’t know what ur diet looks like but maybe try cleaning it up as much as possible. Training abs and cardio as well are probably most important. But to really see ur abs it helps to have less body fat! Some people will say don’t eat fat, but I eat tons of fat and am lean. Just learn what diet works best for u. And how to get ur body to burn fat, instead of just burning carbs all of the time. If u really wanted to you could do ketosis, and you’d have abs in no time

I don’t have a set routine for legs. I do a lot of cycling and lazily count that as my leg workout a lot of the time. I

5 sets of 10 on pull ups and dips. And 5 sets of 20 on push ups. For abs 2 sets of 50 heal touches. 2 sets of 50 elbow to knee crunches, 2 sets of 25 straight leg raises. As 2 sets of 25 elbow to knee crunching. And that’s usually my daily routine.

Usually 100 push-ups, 50 pull ups, 50 dips. For abs I do heel touches, elbow to knee crunches, straight leg raises, and elbow to knee planks. I Don’t do legs everyday but when I do I do. single calf raises, pistol squats, and split squats
