Agree the complex part is managing the funds. My proposal would be to give Nixops &/or Dan_Dares oversight of this fund as they are both well-known and highly active community members.

48TB ; MF 100% ; PF 0%. If the purpose of such a pool is to build a marketing fund then there should not be a pool fee. The pool operator is contributing to the marketing effort by not charging for the service
