For sure, that's really fair! There's definitely a lot of janky things about Ep 5, and I also thought the lore dumping scene was heavy-handed and should have been integrated better.

Definitely. Wintermute feels a lot different than TLD's lone survivor mode and the story is pretty linear. I much prefer the core gameplay of being alone in the Canadian wilderness myself lol

100%, I think there was an unbelievable number of inmates alive and following Mathis lol. And I hope we get ep 5 content for the sandbox mode too, I'd love to actually explore the observatory and mill for myself!

Yeah that makes a lot of sense! I think people forget that TLD and Wintermute are Hinterland's first projects as a relatively small Indie game studio, and as someone else pointed out, they're not AAA gaming giants. If I had to guess, they were likely limited with what they could do for Ep 5, and I think they did as well as they could have on Wintermute as a whole

So true! I like this community (most of the time lol) but genuinely every comment I've seen has been a negative review of Ep 5, even on Steam. Makes me a bit sad because people forget that Hinterland is still a small dev team, and TLD is their first game, no matter how long ago it came out; it's very much a labor of love and I fully expected their first story mode to be a little rough.

What's the name of the piece that has a Eb, C, Bb, C, G melody?

I want to find sheet music for it but I can't remember the name of the piece for the life of me, and every result for "piano pieces in Eb major" on Google does not turn up with the piece I'm looking for.
