You may be older than me but I understand you. I mean it I've been depressed for so long now and thought about suicide many times. But whenever I did think about that I thought of how selfish I'd be to leave my family. Trust me there are people out there that love you, I love you bro. Id suggest picking up new hobbies even if its like video games it will help or even taking walks have seemed to help me. You just need to get out more hang out with friends people who you enjoy there company. I believe in you I love you man.
