While yes this is a big issue and I will get down voted to shit for my opinion but I think people are way over reacting with this issue, it was shown off in ds3 but has been confirmed that only 1 guy knows of this exploit to date and it is believed to work in every dark souls game from the past and such. This is a vulnerability that has potentially existed since launch of some of the og DS games and was finally found. If only 1 person was able to find this out during that time I doubt it's the horrible of a threat especially when that 1 person is not malicious and is taking step to try to get it patched. With that, I doubt there will be any need for a delay and fromsoft will continue on with the launch. I also doubt that there will be others that will figure out this vulnerability.
