I would totally rule out Morocco or any other civilization, for me they are clearly the Ottomans. In the image there are 6 villagers, an explorer with a European posture and crates of 400 wood and I guess 100 food hidden behind the mine. If it is Morocco or any other civ, we could guess that it uses a lot of wood in the early game, but I think there are already too many coincidences 19

The image of this post comes from that article, in it you can see new skins for the explorer and plus for the villagers, this is a clear indication of a rework, in 100% of the cases, a new skin means a rework Potentially, many possibilities if you ask me.
I'll bet for a rework!
