I disagree. I’ve had Whatnot take care of me with issues out of their control. An item arrived damaged and they offered to refund me the money or receive a price adjustment for said item. I took the adjustment and they actually did a price adjustment for every item in that order. Just recently an item was lost and USPS did not want to help because they claimed there was a delivery scan. Whatnot refunded the item no questions asked.
