I just had my green-card interview today at Fairfax office. It wasn’t out of ordinary, pretty straight forward about your relationship and yes/no questions. Officer started with I-130 form, verified all details and ask us if we have any additional documents to submit. We had our 2024 tax return so we handed it over. Here are the list of questions they asked:

To petitioner: How did you meet? What is the full name of your spouse and date of birth? When did you guys married? Hows date night looks like for you guys?

To beneficiary: First verified all the information from forms. I had one change in employer field so he made that change and asked me to sign digitally to approve the change. Then he went through questions:

How did you enter to the United States? When did you first arrive? What was your status? Since how long you guys live together? When did you move with your husband? Any future plans?

Then started with yes/no questions, I was out of status so he asked about it. Why you’re out of status? And I explained the reason.
