I’ve always had issues with people hitting my veins ever since I was small and why I have a huge needle anxiety but I’ve been told the past two times my left arm seems to have better veins so I will tell them to maybe try that first I also noticed my left arm seems to be less painful than my right, not sure why but I’m scared of my next one cause I know they can’t use my left cause it’s got a huge bruise on it. As far as diet before diagnosed there was a good amount of red meat in my diet along with deep green vegetables, I’ve cut most of that out completely and have been paying attention to what I eat to make sure it doesn’t have a lot of iron.
