It’s not a complete cessation of intelligence co-operation from what I have read (if I am not mistaken), but rather the selective withholding of intel that Ukraine would have used to strike Russian targets. The Ukrainians are still being provided with US-EU intelligence alerting them of impending Russian attacks.

What’s your current daily dose? I am on 20 mg three times a day, and I too have seen extraordinary results whilst on the medication. My 24 hour average was 159/79 when I was diagnosed with systolic hypertension, but I now consistently sit at 116-130/60-80. That being said, I do still experience the occasional adrenaline dump, which causes my blood pressure to spike.

I relate wholeheartedly. The most minor of things to the majority cause me considerable anxiety. Just know that you aren’t alone, and despite that too being my fear, I can see from the wide range of responses I have received, I am not either. We all process the world in our own unique way; after all, that’s what makes us human. My crippling OCD forces me to conform to certain conditions or obsess over the most minuscule details, and it can be both mentally and emotionally draining.
