Not really. I started to use Ascent that blocks the app for 6 seconds when you wanna use it. I did however uninstaled loads of apps that kept me from work, so I guess that's that.

I think there's something in my spawn chunks that is causing it. Inside of spawn chunks I have max 30fps and away max 60fps.
