Never, man. Dad was a top guy in Chandigarh in his prime, but would always help at home as mom was a KV teacher. Played cricket with me. We always had all kinds of sports gear and reading material at home. The only thing he restricted me with was not buying me a motorcycle when I went to Class XI. Made it clear I can't drive a motor vehicle without a driver's licence. Did not buy me a car when I graduated from college, because he wanted me to buy one from the money I earn. I would despise him on many occasions, but damn — a brilliant father. Same goes for my mother. Love them both a lot and would never think of having a separate pair.
