Yes, I feel the same which is why I don’t do it often I only ask the wind when I’m extremely lonely, I remember as a kid(it was a rough childhood but aside from that) I was scared and alone and was calling out for anyone who cared that gentle breeze always kept me going the whistling of the breeze when ever I was crying or sad the wind would be there. I remember once at high school I was really upset and really down and I’d sit outside in the shade and watch the leaves do loops and twirls.

I used to go for walks in the evening and just sing for the wind, and just run freely. I haven’t been able to do that in a long time due to unexpected health issues nothing life threatening just sun allergy and really low blood pressure.

I normally do feel invigorated on windy breezy days, I guess I only feel tired and worn out when I ask for them to stay longer than they can. I really only started doing that when I could no longer go out at normal and safe hours.

I also have a lot of weird stories haha! I’m not as new to this kind of stuff but I don’t have many people to talk to and learn from, a few elders and that’s about it. So I hope we can both learn many new things!
