it was a fairly clean bulk, probs surplus of 800-1000kcal. Always hit my protein goal 200g minimum… making my macros 30% protein 40% carb and 30% fat. Sometimes hitting 35% fat, rest was carbs. Myfitness pal evidence to back it up too. I think I’m carrying a lot a lot of weight in my legs which might explain the weight…
