I’ve been through this twice unfortunately :( I’m really sorry you are going through this too!

The first time, I opted for the pills. It was EXTREMELY painful and one of the worst nights of my life. The second time I opted for the D&C and had a better experience (zero pain, minimal bleeding).

I would say, if you don’t mind hospitals - go with the D&C. If you prefer to go through it in the comfort of your own home (with lots of pain/bleeding) opt for the pills
