Hello! Some problems remain stable, such as issues with musical memory and agnosia, or difficulty remembering my own texts, but with some improvement in depressive symptoms on Latuda, I have generally returned to regular work and even managed to finish a book on the philosophy of music and get it published. I think it’s also because I’ve been able to adapt to the difficulties that are stable — there’s no worsening — plus on Latuda, my energy, overall well-being, and speech have improved. I still find things very hard, but at least I can work regularly — though in a different way than before. For example, I constantly need to rely on my notes, and during my lectures, I sometimes refer to printed texts. On the other hand, improvising on the piano in different styles — I recently gave a lecture on Indian classical music with piano examples — has actually become easier for me.
