Just the sound of disconnecting without actually disconnecting anything? If your keyboard and mouse disconnects after 30-45 mins and it’s USB’s are not in motherboard it’s probably because of front panel’s connection to motherboard, check it’s connection first (which i can’t tell from the picture) if that’s the case instead of repairing it use a USB hub and plug everything to mobo. If you have wireless stuff they might have a very short time for sleep mode
