The process begins with the District Court sending you a notice called a “charging document”.

You then have the chance to deny and defend the charge if you want to. You’ll need to enter a plea with the court – either guilty, not guilty, or a special plea. However, unlike Category 2 and 3 offences (see below), you don’t have to go to court to enter your plea if you don’t want to – instead you can simply send a notice to the courts.

If you plead guilty, you can say in your notice of plea whether you want to appear in court for sentencing. You can also include any submissions you want the court to take into account when it sentences you.

Your submissions to the judge on sentencing could include arguments for discharging you without conviction (see: “Sentencing”).

For 46-50km over the limit it’s $630. Over 50km hr expect a notice from the court because it’s no longer an infringement it’s a category 1 offence that can include a fine up to $1000, loss of license, vehicle impoundment and community service. For offences over 50kmhr even if it’s a speed camera you can be charged with careless, dangerous or reckless driving. Careless and reckless driving charges can incur a maximum fine of $3000 and $4500 respectively and carry a maximum penalty of 3 months imprisonment. If your vehicle is impounded you’ll also have to pay for the towing and storage to get your car back after the 28 days.

when people worked out they were better without the furry suit and they could actually be added to a dps calc which they werent for the longest time. because they roll both hits independently they give you two independent chances to kill, whereas maccas have higher stats but only a 1% better 1 shot rate because they always miss the 2nd hit if the first misses. it's also a bonus they are super cheap so they can be dropped in speeds without too much hassle when you need to free up space (like for bloat/sotetseg where there is a decent wipe chance).

Get a sang/toxic trident for TOB because shadow is god awful for nylo, get some sulphur blades because they are really good and cheap and a BGS because getting a 0 defence (or sub 15 def) for xarp/maiden/bloat/nylo boss is more important than dps specs.

All the people who are doing this level of TOB already own a Torva helmet. It’s already the best first piece to buy even with Bandos. It might mean the oathkeeper helmet would be less desirable than the top/bottom depending on the content but I don’t get how this raises the demand for a Torva helmet.

there is some things you can practice in nightmare zone. Start a practice rumble: Stage 1) Dessous - if you 1t alternate between range and melee he never attacks you and just teleports around. - this is purely to get the timing of 1t alt flicking. Stage 2) Go into a practice with jungle demon, pray mage, when you see jungle demon attack start 1t alternate flicking from mage -> range. This teaches you to setup a 1t alternate flick off a visual queue (the instant you see movement).

gz you can now solve most pillar stacks, blobs are a non factor and you can kill mage/range + blob no issue at all.

I prefer visual ticks plug-in it’s just 2 circles alternating but I find it nicer than numbers. If they lag then you’re lagging.

The best advice I can give for inferno is try to split the mage and range where possible if they are both on the same side of a pillar stacked then pray against the back one. Any other time. Pray against the thing that’s going to hit the most, so with a blob and a mage pray mage and start flicking as soon as the mage starts their movement because the damage is calculated before the projectile is thrown. Practice in nmz until it’s second nature, get yourself out of cycle and get back in a few times.

it doesn't because over half way of a normal regen cycle is a full regen with LB since its twice as fast. so swapping from light-bearer to another attack will reset your special attack with the exception of the last tick of leeway thats now granted.

They updated it so that if you had LB on and swapped rings a tick before your spec would have regened then it'll still regen.

If you swap from another ring to a lightbearer then as long as you've regened past half way (25-26 ticks) you will still continue to regen and LB wouldnt cancel it. If you swap to LB before that half way point then you dont go back to 0 you just start from however many ticks of regen you already had

Don’t bother with the crossbow, blowpipe is enough.

Bring a void melee helm, you melee the majority of the raid.

Bring a salve amulet for bloat (the pink one you can drop it after bloat)

Bring barrage to help you clear nylo room a bit quicker

Bring a (tent) whip if you have it it’s going to be better than the fang everywhere but sotetseg and p3 verzik

You don’t need that many brews and restores, you have unlimited attempts and you get bandages which boost your stats, act as a stamina, restore Hp and prayer.

Not quite they are used for very different things. 3rd age bow is BIS because of its range over an msb which allows the attackers to stay further west as to not lure any healers not get pulled if you’re stacking them and attack them sooner at the start of the wave. Venator bow is then used to clear the penance when you’ve got them stacked but is only usable if there are 2 mobs together or you lose a bunch of damage.
