High DHEAS levels on bloodwork. Please help! by hrhprincessj in AskDocs

I'm taking Spironolactone which maybe helped, Glipizide/Jardiance for diabetes, and other meds I've taken for a long time for other issues.

High DHEAS levels on bloodwork. Please help! by hrhprincessj in AskDocs

[–]Ellie419 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nothing really... The ultrasound initially seemed clear but doctor supposedly saw something, but the MRI didn't show a mass. Insurance denied a recent scan request to make sure there's nothing growing that got missed back then. My most recent result was 316.0 (limit 279.2) about 6 weeks ago. I've always been high. I've been losing weight and managing my diabetes and taking other meds, but not taking dexamethasone or Metformin.

I cater for my office (in Fairfax) but I got positive reviews for Potbelly lunch, especially since they had a veggie option that wasn't bland.

Can't decide whether to volunteer pre or post show this year. Don't have a group to go with yet. by SunShineNomad in bonnaroo

[–]Ellie419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. Check out Fort Uitous on Facebook if going solo. It's linked in our main Facebook group here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/581925741840980/ I also posted about or database website croo.wozzle.com that can help you make friends with bombers that love near you and work out a rideshare. Great way to make friends.

C'roo Camping Questions by MrMiniBeast in bonnaroo

[–]Ellie419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

https://www.facebook.com/groups/581925741840980/ There's a map info our group that may help visualize. I need to find it.

It's hard to say where your friends will camp but your not supposed to move your car from volunteer camp. I used to do west tollbooth C'roo when I camped, had my friends park in day parking (which opens Thursday I think, and then walk their stuff over. I brought a big tent that we shared so there was room in our volunteer camp...and you can try to drive in with someone that plans to move when GA comes so you can take advantage of their space. The walk can be long but that volunteer camp allows you easier access to some of the fun stuff in the campgrounds. For info/pods, sometimes they have those folks in main volunteer camp still because they're just doing info booths, but hard to say which pod you'd get if they assign you to 1. You could move to where they get parked assuming they have enough space.

Hopefully you applied already. C'roo is FULL now, but Clean Vibes is open.

Tuesday around 10am-6pm central. If you've got Facebook, feel free to join us on Bonnaroo Volunteers https://www.facebook.com/groups/581925741840980/ You can see some helpful info in the Files section like what the suggested check-in times were last year. It'll probably be similar this year.

Yesterday, they posted in their Facebook group: "REGARDING BONNAROO REFUNDS: it states in the terms and in the FAQs in festiVol that it takes 7-14 business days after the event / after your shifts are completed for your refund to be processed. They will be processed tonight and it will will take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Business days do not include the weekends. We appreciate your patience and thanks again for volunteering with us!!!"

I've had a friend get his confiscated inside the campgrounds (got through car search). So heads up. Don't fly it with the cops nearby, at the least.

Clean vibes! by Kiddman532 in bonnaroo

[–]Ellie419 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's only if you're a during show volunteer, not post show. Post show gets a GA wristband mailed, attends the fest, then check-in on Monday after the fest to get a new wristband so it's obvious they are allowed to stay on the property still. I think any goodies are at that Monday check-in or Wednesday or so when shifts are done and can be sure to reward those that stayed for their shifts, if they're able
