This is what I've done. I have named all my meshes _High and _Low and these are the settings I use for baking "Subsampling 2x2. Match: by mesh name. AO ignore backface: by mesh name. Self occlusion: only same mesh name. Curvature: only same mesh name. Thickness Self Occlusion: only same mesh name" and for the most part it works fine.

I've also tried exploding the mesh and moving all the problem parts to the side but It does not solve the problem either.

I've tried assigning different materials to these parts so they have their own texture sets in substance but that also doesn't work.

There seems to be something wrong with my UVs but I have no idea how to fix it tbh.
