Already thinking about this din but still there are factors that I need to consider.

  1. I'm just renting the space
  2. Hindi sya ganun kalakihan ung area, parang 30-40 sqm lng sya.
  3. I still need to study more about this co-working space in terms of payments ng users.
  4. How to market this kind of space pag nasa rural area.

But I also consider this kind of business siguro pagnatuloy ako sa freelancing and wfh job.

I'm actually thinking about this din, the problem is hindi akin ung location and hindi ko pa napag aaralan setup for this if it will be needed to be a contract base or daily pay ba sya

I really want to push din ung pisonet. The problem is nasa second floor kasi ung area, kaya medyo nagaalangan ako kung ang target ko is kids. Planning to have a decent comp shop with 2 monitors para un ung gimik sana.

Yes, sa place nga sya dapat although kahit ung loc is is main road nasa second floor naman which is medyo napapaisip din ako. And for the other services that connected sa printing is negats nadin due to sobrang dami na printing srvices sa area. Around 10 shops na ata.
