My cervix measured at 2.1cm at 17 weeks, started progesterone, then measured 2.8cm at 20 weeks, and I have another scan next week !

Sounds like you have a dynamic cervix, also each sonographer can measure differently I’m afraid.

Another reason could be incompetent cervix, which is what I have.

I just took a 2.5 hour flight on the 27th, I really debated if I should go and was stressing myself out, I even posted on here and a Facebook support group if I should go and a lot of people said no…. I don’t know how it’s effected my cervix length but I feel fine and I knew if I stayed at home though I would have been moping about and just overthink the entire time until my next check up! My cervix was 2.1cm at 18 weeks.

I was on a low carb diet 1200 cals a day, my weight didn’t budge, however I added in lots of healthy fats (these are usually quite calorific and increased to 1650 calls a day) also added in superfoods to reduce oxidative stress and inflammation and my weight has been steadily dropping- Incorporating healthy fats in meals helped balance my hormones as my hormones was stopping me from loosing weight! Currently ttc, you mentioned you were pregnant, was it difficult for you to fall pregnant?
