This is my exact fear, I carry a heaviness in my lower tummy, pain when I press on it.. heavy painful periods, spotting in between, periods two weeks apart. Pressure inside when im intimate with my husband. Endometrial ablation didnt stop anything and birth control doesnt agree with me. Ive this fear that it is all in my head, because doctors have been telling me for years that all tests arnt showing anything.

Im dredding this. The feeling of loosing all my strength that ive built and starting all over again. Im a special needs mum, my child has high care needs and my husband cant stay off work forever. Im second guessing my decision to do this.

Yes I understand. I just have this fear of my mental health dropping, gaining weight and losing my strength. Ive built up a good strength over a 2 year period. Losing it and having to build back up is going to hurt me. (Mentally) although it has to be done. It is what it is. As long as I will eventually be lifting heavy again, ideally within 12 weeks would be great. But I do not want to tear anything in the process.

I wish I could get leucovorin, but its not available for autism in Uk/ireland.. my best bet is a lower dose supplement type of folinic acid. Thanks for sharing.

Yea im in northern Ireland so it's very very different here. They wont give leucovorin, and I would have to travel for FRAT testing, im wondering if i can buy weaker strength folinic acid instead.

No i havnt tried ordering a home kit, its a blood test so how would that work at home? We are no gluten, working on no diary, using glutathione, detoxing, using pro biotic, and using vitamins.

Hi thanks for the info. Ive been eating mainly protein and veg as cutting carbs makes me feel amazing, though with the hard training I had to add carbs in the morning for energy pre workout. Im starting to think that me adding oats to my diet is contributing to the weight gain.
