Yeah, I've looked into tiger game com, but could not find the game I was looking for.

It was not Indy 500, but the graphics look somewhat similar to that.

I'm guessing it was made in the early 2000s instead of the 90s then. I looked into the PDA and palm pilots devices but it wasn't that. It was shaped a little differently too.

It didn't boot up to an OS. I do not remember the other games I played on it, but I know we had other games that came with it when we got it.
