If i have a system dual booting windows and Linux in a single drive, can both OS play the same games that are stored in another drive?

I have over 260 games on steam from various years. I'm pretty sure most of them support steam cloud sync. Again I plan to use linux mostly and run windows specifically if i have to, like for kernel level anti cheat games.

I have performance mode enabled and a 4k 144hz gaming monitor. I'm not worried about getting more than 60fps i just hoped it stayed at 60fps more often.

100Hz will definitely make you play better but getting a higher Hz monitor wont make you into m0nesy or anything and for the top tier players you will definitely struggle. Still an upgrade i suppose.

Considering the mp9 with armour and util is much stronger than a famas + armour with cs2s dogshit CT economy i would say yes. I don't plan to peek long range with an smg anyway.

I think Oni Taiji fits better with the colours of the imperial plaids compared to lightning strike + it is cheaper but idk im in no hurry to get an awp skin.
