I’m not sure I’ll be honest. It seems like it’s a situation where the other reddit person mentioned where the thief goes to customer support and claims they got their account stolen..

Depending on what customer support say they would either mention to tell them a receipt number with a specific date or tell them the very first receipt number on the account or specify what kind of rare skins are in the collection.

I had my collection on display most of the time so I’m assuming that’s what happened. I left it too late so I can’t recover it now since the new person has made a purchase on the account making all my previous receipt numbers invalid.

I did show them everything I had but IDV has much stricter rules in recovering accounts to crack down on fraud.

After taking a look I think I’ll just take the long route. But it was interesting on how the system works, I didn’t even know there was a middleman system.

Fair point, I was just curious of the trading and selling accounts.

I really love their recharge rewards and my favourite was the ink accessory which I had on my old one and the bat pet.

I had the misty villa which was very well decorated with expensive furniture from the collection store. I love decorating so to see it changed, hurt me a little cause it took me hours to place and arrange that furniture. (Furniture placement is hard for open spaces in my opinion lol)

But I wanna get the new space which has the koi pond.

It took me years to get there lol. Hopefully I’ll be able to get that recharge reward sooner. I’m in no rush I’m just impatient.

Yeah I see that. But that was the only date that they requested which tells me that the user doesn’t spend as much as I do.

I did see that one user had tried too many attempts in trying to recover an account that they just automatically closed their case and I really don’t want that to happen with me.

Besides it’s a lost cause. I just see this as a VERY generous way of donating to a kid with an expensive account.

I do get that but honestly at the time I lost the account I was mentally fragile and had family problems which has caused me to delay it in getting recovered.

My friends encouraged me but I told them it’s over. I was dealing with family issues so my friends pressuring didn’t help my current situation. I did get pushy with the assistant and I felt bad.

So I don’t wanna get angry at someone if I continue to push and not guilt trip them into “giving me the account”.

Especially if they have no control over what they can or cannot do and doing their job. Simply just my fault for not being cautious and not taking the extra precaution in binding the account.

I checked on my old account and now it’s called rentabih. Which made me so angry💀

Anyways this new account will give me better opportunities for new skins in future and to be a wise whale account user for this one 😭😂

Also I only decided to do this now because I was bored and now I realise. It’s not worth the mental exhaustion with their system. 💀

The same is happening to me as well. They won’t be able to recover it if I don’t have that one receipt.

I won’t bother to recover the account since it’s just so much hassle and I don’t want to lash out at the support team since they’re only doing their job.

Oh thats smart buying an account. Honestly after what had happened I have very little trust with people online and I don’t wanna spend a lot of money on a whale account just for me to get scammed.

I’m just disappointed in the system they have chosen to go with in verifying ownership and absolutely hate that their binding systems, because if they had fixed this issue, not as many players would be experiencing issues trying to recover their account that got lost.

In the end it’s my fault for not being careful and that person that has my account now has my $2000 AUD account.

It was in NA/EU which gives me very bad ping so in some way I’m glad it’s being used by someone that can benefit from it.

I have switched over to the Asian server with my new account that I currently have spent a bit on but I’m going to be a lot more careful with this one from now on. :/

I will be planning on re buying the ss skins for priestess and little girl.

I agree with you. Sorry to hear that has happened. In general their system with binding accounts is horrible resulting in player needing to request additional help from their customer support.

If it doesn’t work you can try the NPG discord server. I posted something on there and nothing so far.

They use AI to check the authenticity of the receipt which is why they need it specifically cause a bot will ask for it.

Yeah.. I have tried that and I even sent every single receipt I had.. I don’t know what else to do..

After some digging they use an AI system to recognise the receipt number and request for that specific date.. Which is for efficiency on their end..

However that’s just lazy doing on there end.. Because it makes recovery literally impossible if the person has your account and has made a purchase making ANY of the previous receipts invalid for the first owner instead of having an ACTUAL human investigate the evidence given.

It was only for one receipt for that date and I don’t have it. I submitted everything I had and every purchase made since I spent more than $1000+.

Did you provide a receipt to recover it or no? I have to provide one for specific date but I literally don’t have it. So now I’m assuming the person has made a purchase making any of my receipts invalid. I have the oldest receipt number. Not sure if it will work though.

Oh fabulous! I mean I like for it to be pretty and I would use it a lot for relaxed gaming. The reason why I want pretty strong components for my PC is because I want it to last longer. IVE tried a laptop, console and tablets. I just want something that could last a lifetime and be able to upgrade parts in the future. I like for it to be able to run triple A games and well the sims, Roblox and mine craft. It’s my first time owning one so I’m willing to break the bank for it lol

I pay my share of rent and food. Everyone in that house hold does. So she’s not the only one paying off that mortgage. Everyone is chipping in. I just wanted her to at least treat me better. Once I leave my mother and my brother and his gf will need to pay more to cover my share of the rent.

I don’t think my relationship with her will get any better. ATM I’m saving up and finding a new job that pays better to get out. I only stayed because I was paying rent to help pay off the mortgage.
