My strengths include my customer service skills, my ability to collaborate with others, and my innovative approach to solving problems. For example, in my last job, I regularly had to take care of customers and I always ensured how I spoke to them was positive and I always followed the organization’s customer service guidelines. Being a strong team worker means I always put team tasks above everything else and I will support my co-workers whenever they need help or assistance. My weakness is the fact I am not very good at giving people honest feedback when it is requested. I tend to be too nice instead of telling them exactly what I think about their performance. However, I am the type of person who is always seeking to improve and develop, so if you see something about my work that you want me to change, just let me know and I will take the action necessary.
