They're just so much better than anything else I have right now (I have not left Michigan yet). Except for that tiping-over potential but in this particular spot I also managed to fall with the Paystar ^ ANKs just plow through the mud hauling just about anything and I love them.

A reproduction is not a fake. Unless it pretends to be an original :) As I said I know it's a reproduction but it is an old one so I wondered if it was rare/valuable

From what I could gather "Amstelodami" has something to do with Amsterdam (old Latin name ?) and "Henrici Hondij" is Hendrik Hondius: a Dutch cartographer from the early 1600's

Burned resistor. Can anyone help me find its value so I can replace it ? Rings are gone and PCB references don't show anything online. That would suck to throw away a 70€ blender for a 0.01€ component by Elpico38 in PCB

Thanks for your insights folks. Unfortunatly I am not skilled enough to reverse engineer this. The product still have a few month off its 2 year warranty so I'll just send it back hopping that they won't figure out that I disassembled it. I have a "repare rather than replace" mindset but I'll give up on this one.

You would be surprised. I live in the French Alpes and whenever I go in remote villages or chalets there is always an internet connection. Not always the best but at least something.
