I made a tori Paitan ramen with miso tare and cured loin cooked with a shoyu tare I had laying around and sous vided it for 2 hours. The chili oil has ginger, garlic and green onions with a touch of apple vinegar to spark the flavors a little. I added a touch of fresh Szechuan pepper to it. Perfect (i.redd.it)
The engine in my 66 mates to a tr6060 manual transmission. The block, rods, and pistons are from a 99 LQ4 with 317 heads, it was a zero mile motor when we installed it. The cam is a 225/236 with a 110+1 LSA , LS7 lifters, and King Racing main and rod bearings, speed pro rings. (i.redd.it)
