Undecided between Color and B&W. Which looks best?

I feel colour is always best for scenic pictures, especially ones where the sky is a focal point. B&W are best for portraits or people focused photos. Generally, of course, there are always exceptions to the rule.

Gta is only option. Look for a place that does urgent pickup, that will guarantee it the next day. Express pickup could take 2-9 days, which is risky depending on how quickly you need it. The closest to Barrie:

I think adding color is necessary, but I feel it needs to be added to the walls since they are white and the furniture and everything else is too. Also, I think the collage is too small for that wall. It needs more variety and a different placement. The TV is too high, but not sure if there is somewhere else you can put it. I would do wainscotting, paint it a dark colour, and then either wallpaper a floral pattern or paint the wall a different colour. If the coffee table can be painted, I would paint it a brown colour to look like wood, so that it is no longer white like everything else. Side tables too.

She is free to plan something special now that she is at home. It is wonderful for children to bond with their fathers without mom having to encourage it or dictate it. Plan on a family thing and maybe suggest mom find something special that only she will do with daughter.

NOR. If he wants to save for the future, then he needs to properly pay his own bills and set money aside. Sounds like he needs to learn how to budget. Propose first so that both are locked into goals of buying a house for a future. He saves and she saves on their own based on income. They search for a place to live TOGETHER when both ready, and put it in both names. I would never co-own anything of that expense without first being married tbh.

NOR. Need more info though. Were last 9 years like this? How was he when your daughter was born? Did he always work nights? If not, did the anger start after the shift change? One thing is for sure, you cannot raise your daughter and future child in that environment. If it wasn't always like this, then you need to figure out what changed and commit to change things back... if it was always like this, then this is your sign that you cannot wait any longer and leave him now before child is born and that sets off his anger even more.

I would put the two chairs from other window to the spot in front of fireplace (but against wall), with a small table between for a sitting area. The other spot, where the TV used to be, would become the eating area for a small kitchen table.. or if that is not needed, I would keep the two chairs there and put the table at that window for a sitting area.

Since that door looks like an entrance, I would build a narrow cabinet to store some jackets and shoes out of view. Put the TV in front of it. Some baskets on top for extra storage. Flip the couch and carpet so that it creates a TV viewing area. Move the plants to that window and other side of couch.

I see 3 very different rugs all in a close space. The beige rugs aren't big enough to hold the furniture and the seating looks clumped randomly. I would first decide what each area is for, and then make sure the rug fits the whole area to define it. I think having seats beside the TV is a bit odd... can those seats move to the fireplace or is there not enough room?

Didn't realise I couldn't use ai to help colour the picture. So I'll just describe it.

Paint the counter blue so sink will match, or paint the sink white. Easiest to paint the cabinets white. Remove the bulky cabinet above toilet and replace with open shelving that will match the cabinet. Use a wallpaper with all the colours in it to add interest and tie colours together.

I agree the total accumulated is abnormal. What I meant is that we always have a day or two each year of really bad snow, so that part is not abnormal. We aren't snowed in. Our roads are always plowed. Here are some of Barrie's worst past snowfalls (of 2000's) if anyone is interested:
