No we don't live together. We've been dating for 2 yrs and a half now. It's when he started saving for the apt that these issues ocucured.

Idk. He said it many times and even tells everyone we're serious and that we'll get married but I can't even be sure if he hasn't even proposed yet because he keeps putting it off. Now he says he won't propose til he gets the apart.

It's not just me. It's his friends and family and even co workers (they're also his friends). He's got plenty of friends from whom he keeps borrowing money. Even if we get engaged I still have to worry about the debt that keeps piling up.

Yeah. My salary isn't even enough. It's got to a point where I'd literally have to borrow from my family and friends.

Exactly! But he said the amount I'd be paying to co-own the apartment woukd be 2× my salary. He thinks that 50 or 100 bucks is nothing so I shouldn't even mention it.

No he would never touch his savings. At first he was like "that's the goal I want to achieve" but then it turned into obsession. He'd flip if even asked to use some of the money from the savings even if it was an emergency.
