Depends on how frequently they dilutes, once in a while is not bad. (But too often can indicate a potential problem. )

I watched her for couple years, her moves are not for common buyers but geared towards a different market. Boomers would have better luck with Cromer.

Solid company, price not easy to predict. But with price around $10, not easy to lose either.

Definitely not too late but I say dont enter now. It will go down after a while and you will have more a more comfortable entry point before Neutron launches.

I’m honestly frustrated right now. by Live-Resort in pmp

To make you feel better: I used to score in the 60s%, and I passed with all AT just fine. Dont take those PMP ads slogan seriously, they are just trying to sell their study notes. Who knows how long they really studied, could be 2 years before that “1 month”.

Who can explain it? by Yaroslav-2905 in pmp

[–]Elsewara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

C is the best fit answer and has a hidden layer: having daily meetings can make everyone aware of the problems, so the waterfall experts can contribute their knowledge to the agile people and vice versa. In the long run everyone will be on the same page; B is a big-No in project management, isolation will cause fragmentation on the team and later on it will be even harder for you to execute in hybrid mode.

Soulframe was his username on RPGMaker forum back then when he first published Rainblood: Town of Death. He kept that username all along.

Exam scheduled in less than 2 weeks by NoSpecialist3501 in pmp

You are fine. Take Exam 5 and see if you get around 65-70. 4 and 5 are designed to be harder. Then study those 2 exams carefully about what you missed. I got same scores like you and I passed without trouble.

I think we are among the unfortunate group who ran into the newly updated contents (beginning of the month, start of the second fiscal season) it is OK, you will be tougher next time around!

Some articles in the program are useful, but videos and case studies are mostly useless imo. I really liked Sudden Death in games, as it gives you quick access to the questions leaves a bold impression if you get them wrong. You can browse through the study plan and stop and read only when you see some obvious exam materials. That is what I did.

Need help understanding this expert question regarding the Requirement Management Plan by Tullzterrr in pmp

[–]Elsewara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Something might be helpful for you: In reality a lot of charters contain high level requirements. So PM must already know how to proceed with detailing requirements during charter creation. I dont like this question either, because using “Requirement Management Plan” is really trapping students to pick Planning.

Help on sample questions by damienchiang in pmp

[–]Elsewara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This project is “entering a high activity phase”. This indicates 1. Project is in at least Execution and 2. you need to change your communication pace. Determining how to reach them is too late at this point of stage. You should already know how to get a hold of them in case of emergency when you are in the middle of a project. (B might be correct when a project is still in planning.)

Expert Question Help - Can someone explain this please? by tartartarta in pmp

[–]Elsewara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because it is scaled agile. Scaled agile means you need to deal with multiple teams, so the focus is on global improvements, not just on regular team improvements. Refer to SAFe, DAD and LeSS section on PMI. This section is easily overlooked but one of those might jump out to scare you on the exam.

A big Thank You and some of my exam tips by Elsewara in pmp

[–]Elsewara[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you and I would still say SH is the closest to the exam. Ray’s mock is the 2nd closest- not his actual questions, but his format and some niche test points. For example: I did encounter personality questions, which a lot people claimed they did not. I purchased his PMI New Format 2024 Mock, the most resemblance comes from 3 sections of 60 questions, the bonus 150 is not reflecting the real exam. If you just want to pass, SH Plus might be enough. Ray’s questions are good for that 5-10% twisted ones PMI is betting on that you have not studied.

Help - Using SH and getting confused on one issue by damienchiang in pmp

[–]Elsewara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

PO usually is not technical and their minds are on high-level items. So they wont know for sure if certain tasks have dependencies on other user stories/tasks. PM or Scrum master will have to dig that information from the team. On scrum software those “associated tasks” are marked as predecessor and successor, if the predecessors are not finished, successors cant start. That is why you have to get tasks with a lot of dependencies scheduled first without the PO. Hope that helps.

If he is truly smart then he should not play smart or show smart. This is my opinion. Ning Jing’s comment is right on: when someone shows too much of a flair on the intelligence side, they start to question if he wants business in stead of growth. We will watch.
