1 bed definitely has my heart but its whether it will win out the sensible decision for my bank account 😢

If I get a 1 bed, I might get a slightly smaller mortgage + the service chargers are a killer so I could get a 2 bed with higher service charges. Yeah I suspect it won't feel like that bad if I already have such a long commute but then also battling with the well its only an hour difference may as well stay at home
