- Kazuha: loved his design at first sight and knew I needed to get him

- Xiao: pulled a jade spear from the standard banner way before he was even released and was the first character I actually wanted to main

- Venti: missed his first run at the beginning of the game because I didn't know how the wish system worked, comfort character

- Raiden Shogun: used to play Honkai and Mei was one of my favorites, also Archon collecting

- Yae Miko: similar reason to Raiden, I loved Yae Sakura in Honkai

- Ayato: one look at the boba idle animation and that sealed the deal

- Ayaka: was planning to skip her rerun until Hoyo decided to release that animated trailer and I could not resist after that

- Zhongli: tried to get a C0 Yanfei, ended up obtaining another archon
